Dark Side of Genius Plays Oakland's 21 Grand -- Sunday, July 15th
The Dark Side of Genius, featuring the members of the Seething Brunswicks plus Wendy Bauer, plays a set of dancin' Funk/Psychedelic/Fake Jazz improvizations at the annual Skronkathon, this Sunday, July 15th, from 5:15 to 6:15 P.M., at Oakland's 21 Grand, 416 25th Street @ Broadway, near 19th Street BART.

The Dark Side of Genius features drummer/percussionist Steve Bauer, vocalist extraordinaire/percussionist Wendy Bauer, vocalist/guitarist Neal Cronin, guitarist/electronic whiz Mike Freeman, and bassist Mark Wieder. (Steve,Mark, and Wendy are not pictured, above.) Steve also currently plays for The Ethyl Merman Experience (http://ethelmerman.tribe.net), a rock ensemble known for its fresh and humorous interpretations of Ethel Merman's music.
